Máire was an absolute star on the morning of our wedding. I was absolutely obsessed with my hair! There wasn’t a rib out of place and it lasted the whole day and night!! We had gone for photos on Ventry beach and around Slea head, you can imagine the wind in October and my hair was still perfect when I got to our drinks reception!!

Not only was Máire a five star hair dresser she helped to save the day when I covered the sleeve of my dress in bronzer, keeping unbelievably calm and helping us sort the situation. And she also captured the cutest video of my Dad seeing me in my dress for the first time !! She was an honorary bridesmaid on the day and my family and bridesmaids praise her every time we talk about the morning of the wedding !!

From the moment I booked Máire for my wedding, she was incredible! She created a timeline to get my hair in the best possible condition ahead of the big day, and from there, everything was seamless. At the hair trial, she was so attentive and completely focused on me! She gave me brilliant tips and reminders in the lead-up, not just hair-related, but thoughtful little things that could easily slip your mind on the day. We had such lovely chats and laughs in the lead-up, which made the whole experience even more special

Máire also styled the hair for my four bridesmaids, each with their own ideas, and she made it all look effortless! Every single one of them looked gorgeous and felt amazing. She also styled my mom’s hair beautifully with her fascinator, she was delighted and looked stunning.

When I got engaged and started planning the wedding, Maire was one of the very first people I booked. I always knew she’d be the one to do my wedding hair—there was never going to be anyone else. She’s honestly amazing at what she does.

Curls never last in my hair, so I was convinced I’d have to go for an updo (which I really didn’t want). But Maire just said, “Don’t worry—go with the style you want, the curls will hold.” And she was absolutely right. I’ve had my hair curled so many times over the years and it always falls flat within an hour or two—but not this time. The curls lasted all night long. I don’t know what kind of magic she worked, but my hair looked amazing.

On top of her talent, Maire is such a breath of fresh air. She’s like one of the girls on the morning of the wedding—helping my mom with her dress, having the chats, and just being a calm, laid-back presence when things can feel a bit chaotic.

I absolutely loved my hair—it honestly looked like something out of a bridal magazine. I’ll never ever have a hair day like that again!

Máire was an absolute dream to have on the morning of our wedding ✨from the moment I booked her, I realised how chill and easy going she was. Máire arrived lovely and early and chatted and engaged with us all morning. No style was an issue, even when decided the morning of ,All of us received endless compliments on our hair! We did our pictures beforehand so I was unsure my hair would hold up, but lo and behold Máire showed up at the church to give me a quick touch up before heading up the aisle.

I also booked Maire for the following day, she happily came to the hotel to us and got all of our tired heads prepped for day two!
